With its 312 hot springs Nevada can boast more thermal features than any other state. Many are benign oases in the desert, beckoning the dusty traveler to enjoy a soak in splendid aquatic isolation. Not so Double Hot Springs. At 190° F., anyone unfortunate enough to fall, or ignorant enough to jump, into its inviting crystalline pools is likely to face an agonizing demise.

    We helped friends of black rock install fencing there several years ago. Dont fall in, no easy way out.
