The interior of the Eureka Opera House includes a well-preserved olio, or stage curtain, featuring advertisements for local businesses. The institution dates to 1874, taking its final form in 1880 after several fires. A major restoration in the 1980s has brought the place back to life.

Beautiful!…I’ll stop next time I’m passing through. I will also check and see if any kind of performance is going on.
